The group stands in a circle with one person standing in the middle of the circle. The people in the circle must silently signal to another member that they should swap places and they must do so before the person in the middle spots them and is able to get to a vacant slot first.
Whoever is left without a space in the circle takes their turn in
the middle.
Players can only move within the circle, not outside it. Any kind of non-verbal cue is acceptable, but you’re not allowed to physically tap
anyone – it has to be visual.
This is a good ‘warm up’ exercise to encourage group bonding and ‘connection’. Having to make eye contact is good.
